    **All Rights Reserved and Licensure Agreement for Hypnosis Recordings, Journals, and eBooks**

    This All Rights Reserved and Licensure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Stacie Johnson, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Seller," "We," or "Us") and the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer," "You," or "Licensee") of hypnosis recordings, journals, and eBooks (the "Products"). This Agreement covers all products purchased from Stacie Johnson, LLC, including any Doing Business As (DBA) entities.

    **1. Intellectual Property Rights:**
    All Products provided by Stacie Johnson, LLC, including but not limited to hypnosis recordings, journals, and eBooks, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Products, and any associated content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video, are owned by Stacie Johnson, LLC.

    **2. License Grant:**
    Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Stacie Johnson, LLC grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products for personal, non-commercial use. Licensee shall not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display the Products in any manner not expressly permitted by this Agreement.

    **3. Restrictions:**
    Licensee shall not:

    a. Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Products beyond the scope of the license granted.
    b. Share, sell, or rent the Products to any third party.
    c. Modify, adapt, or translate the Products.
    d. Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary rights notices.

    **4. Ownership:**
    This Agreement does not transfer to Licensee any ownership or proprietary rights in the Products. All rights, title, and interest not expressly granted to Licensee in this Agreement remain the exclusive property of Stacie Johnson, LLC.

    **5. Termination:**
    This license is effective until terminated by either party. Stacie Johnson, LLC may terminate this license at any time if Licensee breaches any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the Products and delete all copies thereof.

    **6. Disclaimer:**
    The Products provided by Stacie Johnson, LLC are for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Licensee is responsible for seeking appropriate professional guidance when necessary.

    **7. Governing Law:**
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State or Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    **8. Entire Agreement:**
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

    By purchasing and using the Products, Licensee acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the terms of this All Rights Reserved and Licensure Agreement. Stacie Johnson, LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. It is Licensee's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.
